Stardome

Hello guys,

Today our school were fortunate enough to, go to Stardome. Going to Stardome was a litlle different because, we had to go with our buddy class. For Example My class ( Room 6 ) had to go with Rae class ( Room 2) During the first part we learnt a little bit, about the stars and did a little qiuz. The next part was a favorite part, we went into the planetarium.The planetarium was a HUGE room. To look at the screen we had to look at the ceiling.  

When we wen into the the planetarium, we had watched some little clips about Matariki,Rona, Ranginui and papatuanunku.I had really enjoyed the day especially when we went into the planetarium. Here are some pictures. ( take a scroll down)

Student Toolkits

Hey world,

Today I would like to share my Ako Hiko toolkit challenge presentation. During the first session I was learning how to make a Digital portrait. To make it you had to use google drawing. Making this takes a lot of time and looks cool at the end.I have not finished mine so I will have to finish it later.

My second session was learning how to play a game on Hour of code which was called Flappy game. This game was a coding game so if you think you are good at coding try have a go. At first I felt consed but later on a got better at it.

My third session was making a poster with canva. We made a poster of our self. Making this also took a lot of time. Just like the digital portrait it looks cool at the end. It was cool to make shapes,post stickers and write I bit of your self.

Do this all was fun, interesting and confusing but i enjoyed the day. At the bottom of this post there is a slide,Please go check it out it has all the links and pictures and thoughts of what I have done .

Digital Portrait

How are you all doing?This term I made a Digital Portrait using google docs.Doing this took a lot of time but I manged to finish it. A piece of writing

For the last few days, I have been working on a piece of writing. To do this task I had to choose I piece of writing I did in the lockdown. Once done we had to proof and edit it. With the editing and the proofreading, our class was a bit slow and almost a week to do them. For my
