So Today as part of one task to day we were asked to share our emotions.Mrs Odean told us that when we are sharing something you must make sure that you feel safe,No judgment and it must be confidential.When we where sharing our felling we had to make it a bit pacific so that the people around you understand what you are saying.
During that time we also learnt a technique.That technique was breathing.For me once I did this I felt really relaxed and sleepy.I recommend this to everyone to try this so go ahead and check it out.
